The wet parts includes mill roll stand, auto splicer, pre-heater, single facer, conveyor bridge, gluing machine and double facer. Wet part’s function is for producing difference flute type corrugated cartons in 3 ply, 5 ply and 7 ply from paper roll. The dry part includes cutting-off machine, NC slitter scorer and stacker, the dry part is for slitting cutting and stacking the corrugated cartons as per order request.

The corrugated cartons does not need to be bake to be dry, and if working with laminator, we can produce 3 ply corrugated cartons. Normally the corrugated carton production line in in big length, like 5 ply corrugated carton production line, it has lots of machines, then we need big workshop to install the production line.
