Cutting off machine function
Cutting off machine is the final process of corrugated cardboard production. After cutting by cutting off machine, the corrugated cardboard will be in the size we need and go to stacking machine for piling. Before the cutting off machine, it is NC slitter scorer, it is cutting the corrugated cardboard in pieces on longitudinal direction, and NC cutting off machine is for the corrugated cardboard on cross direction. Cutting off machine is belong to dry part of corrugated cardboard production line, for cutting, it is requested high precision and high speed to meet market request.

The mechanical cutting off machine working speed is 45m/minute, and its cutting precision is low. All operation is by hand, if change production order, the workers has to adjust the machine manually. Its speed is slow, and adopt straight blade for cutting, it is very old type, and it is elimination many years.
Now all cutting off machine is helical blade for cutting. It can make sure the cutting speed higher and keep high cutting precision. The helical blade looks like a scissor. 15 years ago, helical blade stood for high technology, and most carton factories thought is is too expensive. After years development, the helical blade is the lowest request for cutting off machine.
Follow the corrugated paperboard production line development, the cutting off machine also have lots of difference models to meet difference corrugated cardboard production line, now, we have NC120, NC150, H20, H30, H35 and H40 models. The economic model is NC120 and NC150 cutting off machine, they special for low speed production line in speed 120m/minute and 150m/minute. H20 occupying a big proportion in the world market. Model H30 and H35 is mor and more popular in China market. H40 is special for the highest technology corrugator line. Now some Chinese carton factory buy so high speed production line, but not many.
Double layer cutting off machine
Normally, the cutting off machine only has 1 layer, but for high speed corrugated cardboard production line, for save time to change order, customers prefer 2 layer cutting off machine. It is easy to achieve. Normally 2 same model cutting off machine to be one machine, they are in 2 layer. Then after the cutting off machine, the stacker has to be in 2 layer to match the 2 layer of cutting off machine.
