And the heart machine is single facer, it is the machine for producing single face corrugated cardboard, so we call it single facer.
This is the core machine of whole production line, today I will tell you how to make daily maintenance for single facer

For single facer maintenance, check each key part is important, it can make sure the machine running well.
Firstly, we need to check all belt of the machine, is any damage or crap. The belt is for driving the machine running. Then check each bearing and bearing seat, are them OK, is the lubricate is enough for next day running. Check the suction system, all single facer is adopt suction system, check the system, is there any leak?
After these, we also need to check gluing system, check the gluing plate and gluing quantity, are they work well. If gluing system can not work well, it will effect the quality of corrugated cardboard. Then check the steam system, including flex metal pipe, valves, meters, also we need to check the pneumatic system, also check cylinders, make sure the cylinders OK.
Finally we need to check gaps between each roller, on single facer, there are 5 main roller to finish its function, they are upper flute roller, lower flute roller, pressure roller, gluing roller, glue forming roller, we need to check all gaps between these roller one by one. Also check the status of the flute. Check motors. Then we can check whole machine, check if any voice when it runs.
This is a daily maintenance for single facer, we have to be persistence on this job. Daily maintenance can find small problems in advance to avoid big trouble of the machine, then save big money for a companies.
