Auto lift down stacker
We produce the auto lift down satcker in width from 1800mm to 3300mm, and other stacker the maximum width is 3100mm, that means when we produce the corrugated cardboard production line in width 3300mm, we can only adopt auto lift down stacker.
Its piling height is from 500mm to 3500mm, it is much higher than other stacker. Sure we also can produce this stacker in 2 layers, then the up layer piling height is 3500mm, and the lower layer piling height is 2800mm.
Structure composition
The stacker has 4 main fuction parts
Material feeding rail system. It adopt the chain transmit and push block structure for corrugated cardboard delivery. In the end of this part, there is a photoelectric sensor performs counting function.
Press plate adjust mechanism. Move the rack by threaded rod, drive the gear and connect rod running, then it can adjust the distance between the press plate and belt exactly.
Bearing mechanism. It is composed by two groups of fix plate, guild pole and spring, its maximum expansion height is lower than the limit plate bottom.
Turning control system. The base with a transmit gear to be a meshing structure with the gear ring. It can 360 degree turning by a servo motor
Function of auto lift down stacker
This stacker can finish the corrugated cardboard piling automatically, it can do counting in batch, stacking, auto cross output, the lift basket with a weight balance equipment, it can enhance machine efficiency and reduce the consumption of power. Work with the servo control, the stacker have a high running speed, shorter the time for changing stack, it is a good choice for high speed and various orders producing
