Small gantry stacker

Small gantry staking machine is very popular model, it can equipped with difference speed corrugated cardboard production line. It can work with low speed economic production line in speed 120m/minute, it also can work with middle speed production line in speed 200m/minute.

We produce it in width 1800mm to 2200mm, by its width we can know, it is special for low speed and middle speed production line, if higher speed production line normally in a bigger width.

Its design speed is 200m/minute, maximum stacking length is 3500mm, and its maximum stacking height is 250mm. Then it is more popular for the carton factories who produce corrugated cardboard for themselves to produce cartons. If the factory who sales cardboard to other carton factories, he will prefer higher stacking height.

It only takes 5 seconds to change orders, also have the inlet for the production management system. It has a little waste, when we change orders,t he waste of paper is less than 700mm. It has a colorful touching screen to operate, easy and simple. It is full automatic machine, so it can save labor cost much.

Structure of small gantry stacking machine

Material feeding railway system: adopt transfer chain and push block to achieve corrugated cardboard delivery. There is a photoelectric sensor for counting and detection.

Pressure plate adjusting mechanism: move the place of the rack by a threaded rod, drive the position limit gear and connection rod rotate, and accurately adjust the distance between the pressure plate and conveyor belt.

Carrying mechanism: it is composed by two of placement plates, guide columns, and some spring components. Its highest telescopic height is not exceeding the bottom of the limit plate.

Steer control system: the base adopt gear and ring gear meshing structure which is driven by a servo motor to achieve 360 degree rotation direction adjustment.
