Big gantry stacker

The big gantry stacking machine is special for factories who produce corrugated cardboard and sell corrugated cardboard to other factories. The big gantry stacking machine has a high piling height. Its maximum piling height can be 3500mm and maximum piling length is 1700mm. Its design speed is 150-250m/minute, so it can meet most customers request.

The difference to other stacker, the big gantry stacker can not be produce in 2 layers. If customer want 2 layer stacker, we can only design as this, up layer is big gantry stacker and the lower stacker is the small gantry stacker.

Because the big gantry has a bigger pilling height, and its price is not higher than small gantry stacker, so more and more factories prefer big gantry stacker. Whatever the factory produce corrugated cardboard for itself or sell to other factories, higher piling height is a good choice for the factories

Stacking process

Check the power source, air pressure, after confirming they are OK, setting the piling height, speed and other parameters as per the corrugated cardboard size.

After starting the stacking machine, the delivery system will collect the corrugated cardboard automatically and piling layer by layer, then aline the corrugated cardboard by sensor.

After pilling on the height we set, it will stop piling automatically, the delivery machine will take the pallet to the position we pointed, and waiting for forklift or worker to take out.

When we work on the stacking machine, we need to check the delivery belt, sensor and other parts to make sure the stacker can work well.

Intelligence function of big gantry stacker

Except the basic functions above, the big gantry stacker also has intelligence fuction. For example, the control system can pre set the calculation method, then the stacker will make a plan for delivery in a best way to enhance the effective of piling. Also the big gantry stacker can achieve remote monitor, fault diagnosis, parameter setting, etc, then the workers are easy to finish the machine management and maintenance
