As I know, DW25 single face slitter cutter is the highest machine for slitting cutting 2 layer corrugated cardboard, because its high speed, so we only produce the machine in bigger width, its width is from 2200mm to 2800mm. If the factory who want to buy so high speed machine, we can sure because they want to reduce the production cost, so big width is a good solution for them. By high speed and big width, the factory can obtain a strong advantage in the intense market competition. Why I can say this is the highest speed machine. Because 2 layer corrugated cardboard production line is not like other 3/5/7 layer production line, they are big line, but 2 layer production line is only a small production line. Normally in the market, there is not a big demand for this machine, and fewer people want high speed 2 layer production line. For carton making machine, small market demand means no customer, no profit. So the carton making factories will not invest on the machine only for 2 layer corrugated cardboard production line. In the 2 layer production line, all machines can work in 3/5/7 layer production line except the single face slitter cutter. So if any customer want to buy a high speed 2 layer production line, he can finds all machines but high speed single face slitter cutter is difficult to find, because no factory will pay much money for its research and development.

Its design speed is 250m/minute, then if we want a single face production line in speed 250m/minute, then we need V6 hydraulic mill roll stand, pre heater, conveyor bridge, SF30 single facer and DW25 single face slitter cutter. Maybe you can buy the machines from other factories, but you can not find DW25 single face slitter cutter except my factory.

We have two design for DW25 single face paperboard slitter scorer. They run in same speed, but they have difference slitter structure. 1 type is the machine with 1 set of slitting system. It can run in speed 250m/minute, but when we change orders, it will take time for changing order. The other 1 type is the machine with 2 sets of slitting system. Then when we change order, the rest slitting system can work on time, it will not take time for changing order. Then it is more faster.
