Single face corrugated paperboard slitter cutter
This machine is a machine special for cutting 2 layer corrugated cardboard, so this machine is also called 2 ply corrugated cardboard slitter cutter. By its name, we can know that, this machine is for slitting and cutting, and it is for 2 layer corrugated cardboard.
DW18 is the most popular model in this machine, its design speed is 180m/minute, working speed is 150-160m/minute. Normally it work in the single face production line in speed 150m/minute. It include 2 sets of hydraulic mill roll stand, 2 sets of pre heater, 1 set of conveyor bridge, 1 set of SF18 single facer and 1 set of DW slitter cutter. Some time, customer also request the auto splicer to work with 2 sets of mill roll stand.
The DW18 slitter scorer working width is from 1400mm to 2200mm. Sure bigger width will be more low cost. The DW18 slitter cutter work with a small down stacker. After slitting and cutting, the single face corrugated paperboard will be stacked on the stacker automatically.
This is the first high speed slitter cutter machine for 2 layer corrugated cardboard. Before this machine, the highest speed machine is NC sheet cutter. Its working speed is only 80m/minute, also with a lower tolerance on cutting.
The problem is because the NC sheet cutter speed is only 80m/minute, then for single face corrugated paperboard production line, we could only produce it in highest speed 80m/minute, though we have higher speed other machines in the production line, like the mill roll stand, single facer, all of these machine we can produce much higher speed than 80m/minute, but we can not produce higher speed 2 layer production line.
Then we developed the DW18 slitter cutter to solve the problem, and the 2 layer production line also can run in higher speed than 80m/minute. When we push this machine in the market, it was so popular, and big quantity orders coming.

Working width: 1400mm, 1800mm and 2200mm are option available.
Design speed: 180m/minute, but we suggest working speed in 150m/minute, this is the most economic running speed.
Cutting length: 450mm to 1600mm
Minimum slitting width: 180mm
Cutting precision: ±1mm, sure this is the precision when the machine run in average speed. When we adjust the speed, the precision is a little lower than this
Slitting knife: ￠200 knife, normally we equip the machine 5 groups of slitting knives. And it is tungsten steel material, the working life is more than 8 millions running meters.
It also have store orders function, and we can store 200 groups of orders. When we change order, it will only take 1-3 seconds.
The machine is with grinding wheels to sharpen the slitting knives, we can set the grinding function in manual control and automatic control, and when we grinding the slitting knives, the machine no need to stop running.
The maximum stacking length is 1600mm.
