DMT-120 TRIANGLE STACKER
This is an old model of stacking machine in corrugated cardboard production line. It was popular for full series of corrugated paperboard production line. Because years ago, the highest speed of the production line is design 150m/minute, and working speed is 120m/minute. So the DMT-120 stacker can meet all production line’s request. It was so popular in the carton making industry. But now, it is only for our economic type production line, because now our lowest speed production line is 120m/minute.
Its structure is simple. The corrugated cardboard will be delivery on the belt like fish scale, and pile inf a little height, after that, the pipe of corrugated cardboard will be taken to the workers by the cross part of the stacker. Then the stacker finishes its work.
Market for the DMT-120 stacker
The DMT-120 stacker is old model, it is in low price because its simple structure design. By now, in China market, for reducing cost of carton making, this stacker is not popular. Only some small factory consider this stacker and some factory still used old type of corrugated cardboard production line, then when the old stacker is not work well, then they buy a new stacker. Also some small factory buy a second hand production line, then for equip with the production line, they buy a DMT-120 stacker.
In the world, now the stacker is bought fewer than before too. Years ago, in Africa or middle east, south Asia, this stacker is popular. But these year, the developing countries also prefer the production line in speed 200m/minute, at least 150m/minute. So the speed 120m/minute is not popular now in the world. We believe in few years, the DMT stacker will be eliminated.

Though the DMT-120 stacker is only in speed 120m/minute, but it also has double layer design. Special for Russia market, the double layer DMT-120 stacker is popular. It connect with the double layer cutting off machine, then when we input the size of the carton we need, when it finished one order, it will change to another order automatically and the new order cardboard will go to the other layer of the stacker. It can save labor cost.
