This gluing machine design speed is 300m/minute, that means when the machine running without papers, it can running in 300m/minute, when it works in production line to produce corrugated cartons, its speed should be a little lower than 300m/minute, also it is according to the workers skills, if a skilled worker, under his operation, the machine even can run in 300m/minute with papers, but if not skilled workers, it can run in 250-280m/minute, also its speed is related to how many layer of corrugated cardboard you want to produce, when produce 7 layer and 5 layer corrugated cardboard, its running speed is lower than the speed when we produce 3 layer corrugated cardboard.

The main function of gluing machine is apply glue on the papers, so the glue apply roller is the most important part of the gluing machine. The paste roller of GM30A gluing machine is in diameter 320mm, it is big size because its design speed is 300m/minute, a little big diameter glue applying roller can reduce the workload of the motors, it is better for long working life of the machine. The glue quantity is controlled by PLC, then it will be exactly correct for glue applying, no waste of glue and good for quality of corrugated cardboard. About the glue applying roller we also treatment by Round grinding and pressing pit mesh chrome plating, it will be better effect for glue applying.
