NC120 cutting off machine
NC120 cutting off machine, as per the model of this machine, we can know, NC means numerical control, 120 means the speed is 120m/minute, so the model means numerical control cutting off machine in speed 120m/minute.
This is an old model of cutting off machine, and this is the first model adopt helical blade to cut off corrugated paperboard in our company. Before this machine, the NC cutting off machine all adopted straight blade for cutting off. Helical blade can be with higher precision in high running speed. So after years development, all models of cutting off machine in my company, they all adopt helical blade. And NC120 is the lowest technology cutting off machine in my company now.
NC120 cutting off machine is economic for new carton factories
The corrugated paperboard production line in speed 120m/minute is the lowest speed machine in my company, and it is economic model line. Normally in China, it is not popular now, most of this model of corrugated cardboard production line is for foreign market. Sure, when we are in a bad economic environment, the 120m/minute production line is also a good choice for small scale and new carton factories.
For matching the economic model of production line, we keep the economic model of cutting off machine, we did not eliminate it because if a customer choose economic corrugated cardboard production line, we have to have a economic cutting off machine to match to the line, if we put a high technology cutting off machine in economic model production line, it will be a waste.
The most reasonable plan for whole corrugated cardboard production line is that all machines match to each other to meet the design request.
NC120 cutting off machine runs well
Because this cutting off machine is an old model, we had sold large quantity in market, it had been after years of market testing. It runs well and stable. Easy to maintenance and repair. If any parts is broken, it will much cheaper for changing new parts. So for a small carton factories, it is a good choice. For some developing countries, this is more popular.
