After examinations, the control system can make sure the cutting tolerance less than ±0.5mm when the cutting off running in speed 200m, and cutting length in 2000mm.

Blade roller structure of H20 cutting off machine

Blade roller means the rollers for fix the blade on the machine. It includes cylinder, the axle end for supporting and driving, holder tube, blade supporter, paper guiding rings, weighting strip, blades.

Advantage: the support ruble is made by carbide fiber, it is combined with steel rollers, carbide roller is with bigger elastic modulus and low density than traditional steel blade roller, compare to the steel blade roller, under the same rigidity, the combined blade roller is lighter and the moment of inertia is smaller. In the condition of blade roller rotation acceleration or deceleration, the combined blade roller with a smaller load, it can be more easy to control the tolerance. Smaller gyration radius is easy to cutting small corrugated cardboard. Also it is simple to install the blade supporter, guiding rings and weight strip.
