Solution to the eccentricity problem of knife head of cutting off machine

Normally if the cutting off machine happens a problem of the knife head eccentricity problem, it always because

1. The knife head is not fixed tightly.
2. The main axle is in poor roundness, then the knife head is not being concentric with the main axle.
3. Uneven wear of the knife leads to eccentricity of the knife head.
4. Fix position of knife head is not correct.

What is the influence it will caused by the eccentricity problem of cutting off machine

1. The cutting quality will be bad
2. It will be with big voice and it will make the machine working life shorter
3. The cutting precision will be low

Solution

1. When fix the knife head, make sure it is tight and in correct position
2. Check the roundness of the knife axle
3. Check if the knife is wear evenly
4. When we adjust the position of knife head, loose the bolts firstly, then adjust the position.
