For higher precision and higher speed target, we design the new model of sheet cutter, we equipped the NC control on the old model of sheet cutter, and made some details amendment on the old model, then the new NC sheet cutter come out. Its working speed can be in 80m/minute, and it is NC control with a higher cutting precision, then it was instead of the old model sheet cutter soon, because of its higher technical and not higher price.
By now, it is still a popular model single face slitter cutter for the small scale carton factories. Some big factories only have small orders of single face corrugated cardboard productions, they also buy this machine to meet the market request.
Sure, it can not like the DW18 and DW25 single face slitter cutter with an intelligence functions, but for small orders of single face corrugated cardboard, it is an economic and better choice for the carton factories.
NC sheet cutter work with revert stacker
The DW18 and DW25 NC slitter cutter has a small down stacker work with them, then what stacker for the NC sheet cutter? the down stacker work in high speed production line, so for the slow speed NC sheet cutter, we also have a special stacker work with it. The stacker is called revert stacker. It is also an simple model of stacker for single face corrugated cardboard.
Normally, its working speed is 80m/minute, working width is from 1400 to 1800mm. The stacking length is 1350mm, minimum stacking size is 400X400mm. This machine with function of automatic counting, stacking with non stop. It stacking height is 100mm. Because it small size, it only needs a small area, low power consumption but it can be instead of workers to save labor cost, so it is really a good choice for the small carton factoreis.
