Electric Adjusting Slitter Scorer
This is an old model slitter scorer, now it is only adopted in our low speed corrugated cardboard production line, our minimum speed of production line is 120m/minute, and this model slitter scorer working speed is 120m/minute too. So when a customer prefer a economic production line, we will use this model slitter scorer in the production line.
This slitter scorer is adjusted by electric button, it does not have HIM our touching screen, just controlled by electric buttons. Simple to operate and runs stable.
The slitting blade, grinding wheel and scorer wheel, all of them are controlled by electric button, also the machine moving from left to right, it is also controlled by electric button.
Configuration of ZQS slitter scorer
Because its speed is slow, so it does not in big size design, the maximum width of this machine is 2200mm, and the minimum width is 1400mm. In width 1400mm, it has 3 blade 4 scorers, in width 1800mm, it has 5 blade 8 scorers, and when it is in width 2200mm, it has 6 blade 10 scorers. Its min slitting width is 160mm, and the tolerance is ±0.5mm.
Marketing of ZQS slitter scorer
Though this slitter scorer is an old model, we keep this model more than 15 years, but it is still popular by now. Each year, we sold this model slitter scorer in big quantity.
In China market, it is few, and difficult to see now. Only some carton factory still use their old machine, then when they want to change a new slitter scroer, for matching its old production line, they buy a ZQS slitter scorer.
This slitter scorer’s main marketing is in other countries, like Russia, Vietnam, and some developed countries. They prefer economic corrugated cardboard production line, also some foreign customers, it is the first time they buy machine from China, but they do not know the machine quality which is made in China. So they do not want to pay much money for high standard machines, they still buy high standard machines from Europe and America, but they buy low standard machine from China, because not high technical request and only little money.
But more and more foreign customers prefer to buy high standard carton machine now, they have experience on the machine which is made in China from their friends or their own factories. They trust China carton machines now.
Believe that, the ZQS slitter scorer will be eliminated soon, and we will stop producing it in few years.
